Aluminum Cut-Off Saw

A long rail and a measurement indicator ensure quick, repeatable, accurate, and high-confidence cuts. As aluminum profiling specialists, we take pride in our clean cuts and smooth joins – and the cut-off saw is only the first step in the process!

Bridgeport Manual Mills

Our manual mills represent the backbone of our machine shop. They are used to modify, machine, and customize key components of many builds. Cutting metal, drilling slots, and reopening holes are just a sampling of what our experienced employees can do on the mill.

Haas TM2P CNC Mill

This machine enables us to drill holes or slots into existing maytech beams,
allowing us to customize connections and create clean, concise builds.
It also has the capability to run CAM programs, allowing for repeatable and accurate machining within short timeframes.

Valumaster Manual Lathe

The lathe primarily is used for modifying cylinders, motors, or shafts.
While its major functions are manual, it has some automatic capabilities
for more uniform processes like threading and tapping. The lathe is also able to be used for polishing and cleaning items.

Industrial MIG Welder

Industrial-strength MIG welding ensures that welded components are joined strong enough to last through even the toughest of conditions. These sturdy welds are a key factor in ensuring the strength of our gates and fences.
