Measure the length width and thickness of the vane and compare to the vane size chart. The measurements may not be perfect due to wear. Pick one that is close. Most standard Gast pumps are dual voltage – 115V/230V. They come wired for high voltage. If you are running low voltage when the pump is wired high the pump will struggle to work. The part number is missing from my sensor, how do I find out if it is NPN or PNP?

Connect power and common wires of your sensor to an appropriate power supply. Check the voltage between the output signal and 0V of the power supply using a voltmeter.
